Shedd Aquarium

Aquariums are some of my favorite places to take pictures.  We visit them as often as we can.  Images of bright fish without having to strap on scuba gear.

A family trip to Chicago in early January was a great change of venue.

We were fortunate to have mild weather which made outings more tolerable.

I love the pictures I get of a new city.  Something magical happens when you are experiencing a new city through your camera.  There is something sentimental about it as well.

Is there anything more precious than a sleepy newborn?

I was so excited when her mom called me.  I wanted to do pictures, but didn't want to bother her. 

After all, this was only a 6 day old baby. 

I got to spend the afternoon with this beautiful little one and her mom. 

It was loads of fun!

 She was a little less than happy about us messing with her. 

 I think you have to take pictures of the crying too. 

How else would you remember?

 A bright pop of color for a bright personality. 

I'm going to miss this girl.

This might be my favorite. 

I just think she looks so sweet . 

It's all about those sweet cheeks. 

Easter Dresses

Audrey's birthday is around Easter and Karin's is around Christmas. 

This could work out well for photo opportunities as they grow up. 

So, this is the belated 4-year-old shoot with little sister.

I love the personality captured here.  So sweet!
